KUA is open source and every local feature is free. Pro and Team add the Advisor, AI agents through MCP, scheduled background work and more room for logs and KUA Applications.
Free plan limits apply from 2026-11-10
Until 2026-11-10 the Free plan keeps AI agents, scheduled tasks and unlimited KUA Applications. From that date Free includes up to 3 KUA Applications and no agents or scheduled tasks. The change is described in section 11 of the Terms.

Frequently asked questions
What happens when I move to the Free plan?
Everything stays on your computer and keeps working. KUA Applications you already created stay available; only creating new ones beyond the Free limit of 3 needs a paid plan. Agents, scheduled tasks and automatic refresh stop. Cloud backups or synced data above the new plan are kept for 30 days to download or restore, and we notify you before they are removed.
When do the Free limits start?
On 2026-11-10. Until then Free keeps agents, scheduled tasks and unlimited KUA Applications, and KUA shows a notice of what changes.
How does billing work?
Payments are processed by Polar. You can pay monthly or yearly and cancel at any time. If a renewal payment fails, Polar retries it; if it is not completed, the subscription ends and the account returns to Free.
Do I need an account to use KUA?
No. Signing in is optional and only needed for Pro and Team features.
Do my credentials leave my computer?
No. Kubeconfigs, cloud credentials, profiles and logs stay on your computer.
