This End User License Agreement governs your use of KuaDashboard software and related documentation.
1. Acceptance
By installing, copying, or using KuaDashboard, you agree to this EULA.
2. License Grant
Subject to this EULA and the applicable open-source license(s), you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use KuaDashboard for lawful purposes.
3. Open Source Components
KuaDashboard includes and depends on open-source software. Those components are provided under their respective licenses, which continue to apply.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use KuaDashboard for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
- Remove or alter required attribution and license notices.
- Misrepresent the software as your own proprietary product without complying with applicable licenses.
5. Credentials and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Securing credentials, tokens, and keys configured in KuaDashboard.
- Actions executed through connected providers and clusters.
- Ensuring compliance with your organization's security and access policies.
6. Third-Party Services
KuaDashboard may connect to third-party services (for example AWS, GCP, Vercel, Kubernetes APIs). Your usage of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
7. No Warranty
KuaDashboard is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, project maintainers and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use or inability to use KuaDashboard.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless maintainers and contributors from claims resulting from your misuse of the software, violation of this EULA, or violation of applicable laws.
10. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you materially violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the software.
11. Changes
This EULA may be updated over time. Updated terms become effective when published with the project documentation or release materials.
12. Governing Terms
Where the repository includes additional legal notices, license files, or policy documents, those terms apply together with this EULA.
